Affiliate disclosure

Zeedii earns a commission when you make a purchase through links on this site. This is how affiliate marketing works — retailers pay us a percentage of the sale for sending them a customer. It costs you nothing extra. The price you pay is the same as if you had gone to the retailer directly.

In accordance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines, we disclose this affiliate relationship on every page that displays product links. Zeedii is a participant in the Amazon Services LLC Associates Program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to Amazon.com. We are also a publisher with Impact.com for Walmart and Target affiliate programs.

Our product rankings and recommendations are not influenced by commission rates. We do not accept sponsored placements or paid product rankings. Our AI assistant is designed to give honest recommendations with real tradeoffs, regardless of which retailer pays a higher commission.

Price accuracy

Prices displayed on Zeedii are fetched from retailer APIs and may change at any time without notice. We show a timestamp on every price so you know how recent the data is. Prices older than one hour are automatically refreshed in the background.

Despite our efforts, we cannot guarantee that prices on Zeedii will always match the price at the retailer's checkout. Retailer promotions, regional pricing, cart-level discounts, and stock changes can cause differences. Always confirm the final price on the retailer's site before completing a purchase. Zeedii is not responsible for pricing errors, stock changes, or expired promotions on retailer websites.

Donations and charitable giving

Zeedii donates 30% of every confirmed affiliate commission to the charity you select. This is a fixed business rule, not a promotional offer.

Donation amounts shown on product pages are estimates based on typical commission rates and may differ from the actual donation. Commissions are not confirmed instantly — retailers typically take 30 to 90 days to validate a purchase and confirm the commission. During this period, the commission is in a pending state and no donation is made.

Only confirmed commissions result in donations. If a commission is cancelled by the retailer (due to a return, for example), no donation is generated. Your impact dashboard shows only confirmed donations — we never display pending or estimated amounts as actual giving. Disbursements are processed through Every.org, a trusted nonprofit payment platform.

User account responsibilities

You must be at least 18 years old to use Zeedii.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. If you believe your account has been compromised, contact us immediately.

You agree not to:

• Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to scrape content or generate affiliate clicks
• Engage in click fraud, commission manipulation, or any activity that artificially inflates affiliate earnings
• Create multiple accounts to exploit the platform or circumvent restrictions
• Misrepresent your identity or impersonate another person

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent activity. Confirmed donations already in the pipeline will still be processed even if an account is terminated.

AI recommendations

Product recommendations on Zeedii are generated by AI and are intended to be helpful and honest. They are not professional advice and should not be treated as such. Our AI is designed to present at least one tradeoff per recommendation and flag suspicious review patterns. Always verify product specifications and suitability on the retailer's website before purchasing. We are not liable for purchase decisions made based on AI recommendations.

Limitation of liability

Zeedii is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that prices will always be accurate. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including purchase disputes with retailers, donation processing delays, price discrepancies, or service interruptions.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notification. Continued use of Zeedii after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Zeedii shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Dallas County, Texas.
